2007 schools competition

Impro Australia Inc proudly presents the:

Produced and Directed by Geoff Bartlett and Impro Australia

From Penrith to Port Macquarie, Glebe to Gordon, High Schools are forming teams to play in the 2007 Theatresports Schools Competition (TSC).

Theatresports® challenges students to create instant scenes and characters based on surprise offers and audience suggestions with no preparation time.

During May and June, see schools from all over NSW match wits to earn a place in the TSC Grand Final at the Enmore Theatre.

The 2005 competition saw the Cranbrook boys edge out the ladies from Lucas Heights Community School in the final round. The huge Enmore audience of students and their families and friends were treated to a thrilling and very funny show with plenty of talent. In 2006, it was the brilliant teamwork shown by Sydney Girls High School that won over the huge crowd and tough judges.

This year, teams of students (3 - 5 players per division) may register in either the Intermediate division (yrs 9 & 10) or the Senior division (yrs 11 & 12) and take part in heats with other schools from across NSW. 2007 competition will be fierce with even more schools competing. It'll be Boys vs Girls, City vs Country, and Montessori vs... anyway, you get the idea.?
